Our Design Process
Meet & Greet
Phase 1: A personalized one on one consultation where the client’s needs and expectations are identified. This meeting is key to the development of the design ambiance and character. We will also be discussing the budget and scope of work.
Concept & Research
Phase 2: Within this stage the consultation is analysed to conceptualize the design needs identified within Phase 1.
A mood board is created to visually aid the client with the ambiance, furniture, finishing and space layout.
Present & Refine
Phase 3: Within this stage a second meeting is scheduled to present the mood board with furniture, finishing and space layouts. This give the client the opportunity to refine works presented and add additional design and items where needed. Itemised costing is presented. This stage will only be completed once client has signed off designs, finishes, costings and timelines.
Manufacture & Production
Phase 4: Deposit payable to allow manufacturing to commence. Manufacturing and production of all items discussed in Phase 3 will start with a timeline conveyed.
Installation & Completion
Phase 5: Once manufacturing and production has ended the final stage will comprise of the installation and completion of the project. Phase 4 and 5 often run in conjunction on large scale projects.
